Job summary

Search Staffing Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Engineer, Product Engineering to own semiconductor products from development to mass production and drive yield and quality improvements. You will work with global teams to solve technical challenges and ensure product reliability.

The role focuses on product development and production ownership, yield analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with design, test, and manufacturing partners to bring new chips into mass

Qualifications

Degree or postgraduate qualification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IC Design, or related field.
5+ years semiconductor experience for Senior Engineer, 8+ years for Principal Engineer.
Experience owning semiconductor products from development through mass production.
Familiarity with ATE testing, Advantest, automotive qualification (AEC-Q100) or quality tools.

Responsibilities

Own semiconductor products from development to mass production, coordinating with global teams.
Analyse yield data and drive improvements across manufacturing stages.
Investigate product issues and determine release or further testing actions.
Collaborate with design, test, quality, reliability, foundry, and manufacturing partners to resolve issues.
