Job summary

RECRUITMATIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior/principal engineer to lead automotive semiconductor products from tape-out through qualification, release, and mass production.

You will drive engineering builds, characterization, pilot production, and manufacturing readiness while coordinating with Design, Test, Reliability, Quality, Foundry and OSAT teams to ensure successful industrialization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical/Electronics/IC Design or related fields.
• 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal) in semiconductor Product/Test/Yield/Reliability.
• Experience in fabless product development with foundry/OSAT partners.
• Self-motivated, hands-on team player with ownership mindset in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication across global/multicultural teams.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making with engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive semiconductor products from tape-out through qualification, release, production ramp and mass production.
• Drive engineering builds, characterization, pilot production and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Reliability, Quality, Foundry and OSAT teams for successful product industrialization.
• Support product release and production transfer activities.
• Product characterization, validation and debugging; correlate bench results with test data.
• Own product lifecycle activities and drive yield, quality, and cost optimization.
• Lead test program optimization and cross-site improvements; support new business acquisition.
