Job summary

Search Staffing Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer of Product Engineering to own semiconductor products from development through mass production. You will work with global engineering and manufacturing teams to solve technical issues, improve yield and reliability, and ensure product performance meets quality standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving manufacturing success across fabless suppliers and OSAT partners.

Qualifications

Degree or post graduate qualification in Electrical/E Electronics Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years in semiconductor product development or manufacturing.
Experience owning semiconductor products from development to mass production.

Responsibilities

Own semiconductor products from development to mass production and qualification.
Collaborate with design, test, quality, foundry and manufacturing teams.
Analyse yield, failures and reliability to drive improvements.
Lead cross-functional technical problem solving and risk assessment.
