Job summary

Recruit Expert is seeking a skilled technician to carry out machine assembly, setup, calibration, and final equipment checkout. You will ensure seamless operation and ongoing reliability across specialized automation equipment in Singapore.

The role requires hands-on experience with module and vision alignment, system calibration, and the ability to diagnose electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic issues. On-site support may extend internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems experience in Semiconductor/Automation Industry.
• Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out machine assembly, setup, calibration, and final equipment checkout.
• Perform module alignment, vision alignment, and system calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic components.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and provide on-site technical support locally and overseas when required.
