Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Associate Engineer (Assembly production / Semicon Machines). You will set up machines, align modules, calibrate vision systems and perform machine checkout to meet customer specifications.

The role also includes providing training and testing on the machines, plus occasional on-site support locally and internationally. Candidates with a NITEC or Diploma in Engineering and 2–3 years of automation experience in the semiconductor industry are

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering required
• 2–3 years of automation machine experience in semiconductor industries
• Proficiency in machinery automation including electrical, servo, sensor and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous
• Experience in mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Machine setup, module alignment, vision alignment/calibration, and machine checkout
• Ensure machines meet customer specifications
• Provide trainings and testing on the machines
• Occasional on-site support, both locally and internationally
