Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess at least NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC, Proface HMI, and Keyence Vision System is an added advantage.
• Hands-on, practical mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support planned machine maintenance.
• Carry out periodic preventive maintenance activities.
• Analyse machine troubleshooting issues and propose solutions.
• Support machine model changeover.
• Conduct regular spare-parts stock checks and order parts.
• Maintain good 5S practices and comply with QAQC standards.

Skills

Hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting

Analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC

Knowledge of Proface HMI

Knowledge of Keyence Vision System

Education
