Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Professional for the China market within APAC Private Banking to support bankers and investors with client service and operational execution.

You will manage onboarding, documentation, and trading lifecycle while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to risk controls. The role requires 5+ years of client service/support in Private Banking, and fluent Business Mandarin to engage Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of client service and/or relationship manager support experience in Private Bank.
• Fluent written and spoken Business Mandarin is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Private Bank across asset classes and investment products.
• Dynamic and independent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight market deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Absolute discretion with confidential matters.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Advisors and wider integrated team.
• Assist with account opening/onboarding processes.
• Support Bankers with updating account documentation and signatures.
• Own the full trading life-cycle from pre-trade checks to post-trade reporting.
• Develop deep knowledge of all asset classes and products.
• Serve as primary contact with external clients for account administration.
• Collaborate with Client Service team on day-to-day management of accounts and credit facilities.
• Open new accounts as instructed by clients and advisors.
