Qualifications

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in Marine Operations (T&I) engineering.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in business development, sales, and client management.
• Strong understanding of marine operations engineering principles, industry standards, and engineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with offshore, marine structural, or naval architecture analysis and design software.
• Hands-on experience with engineering software such as ANSYS, AQWA, MOSES, OrcaFlex, STAAD, or similar applications.
• Commercially aware, with experience managing contractual and financial aspects of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering consultancy projects and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities in the China market.
• Prepare, review, and support bids, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project financial performance including invoicing and WIP management.
• Mentor engineers and support professional development.
