Job summary

TIANCHENG ELECTRICAL MARINE EQUIPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead our marine projects from initiation to commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams, liaise with shipyards and clients, manage risks, prepare schedules and reports, and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Marine Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably marine/offshore electrical sector.
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end marine electrical projects from initiation to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, procurement, and site installation teams.
• Liaise with clients, shipyards, and classification societies to ensure project compliance and satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all work adheres to international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and manage project documentation.
