Job summary

OUNG CONSTRUCTION (S) PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex marine/construction projects on-site in Singapore. You will manage client relationships, define project scopes, coordinate internal teams and external vendors, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery with strong safety oversight.

The role demands robust project management, budgeting and scheduling skills, plus experience in coordinating diverse stakeholders and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or a relevant field is required.
• Strong client and team management capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
• Solid organisational and project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client stakeholders and deepen client accounts to assist in ongoing business development.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Create detailed project plans to track progress and ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Apply verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools and monitor safety on-site.
