Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in CS/AMS/Sales with 3-5 years of people management, fluent English and Mandarin, and a track record of scaling teams in a growth environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer success, account management, or sales.
• 3-5 years of people management experience.
• Fluent English and Mandarin for China-based merchants.
• Experience scaling growth-stage Internet/software teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Customer Success Managers.
• Drive engagement with high growth China-region accounts.
• Define long-term vision and strategy for the team.
• Increase revenue and scale day-to-day operations.
