Job summary

MindfulBear Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a qualified counsellor to provide direct clinical services to children and youths, including group work, with a focus on ADHD/ ASD. You will collaborate closely with parents to support their children and apply evidence-based strategies.

You will implement care plans, maintain case notes, and participate in team case conferences with schools and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of counselling experience.
• Singaporean or PR.
• Bachelor's Degree in Counselling or Psychology.
• Experience with ADHD/ ASD is advantageous.
• CBT, play therapy, behaviour management or group work qualifications are beneficial.
• Team player, willing to learn and open to feedback.
• Self-motivated, organised with strong communication.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking parents.

Responsibilities

• We are MindfulBear, a specialist child counselling centre.
• Wed-Sun (5-day week). 11am-8pm on Weekdays, 9am-6pm on Weekends.
• Closed on public holidays.
• Near Parkway and Marine Parade MRT.
• 3,600 to 3,800 SGD monthly plus incentives.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking parents.
