Job summary

FORT ACHIEVERS in Singapore is seeking a 1-to-1 Behaviour Therapist to support children with special needs in their homes and schools on a part-time basis. The role involves travelling to clients' locations and delivering personalized behavioural support.

The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay up to 85 SGD per hour, sponsored training and ongoing supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome and a clear path to permanent employment is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Psychology, Early Childhood, Education, Special Needs or related fields.
• No prior behaviour therapy experience needed.
• Comfortable travelling to clients' homes and schools.
• Prioritised candidates with greater flexibility to travel.
• Weekly availability with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week.
• Commitment to grow with us for at least 1 year.
• Comfortable with initial training.
• Patient, reliable and willing to learn.
• Consistent weekly schedule tailored to your chosen day and time, with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support children with special needs in their homes and schools.
• Provide one-to-one behavioural support under supervision.
• Adapt activities to individual needs and progress.
