Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated kitchen assistant to prepare breakfast, lunch and tea-breaks for children in our canteen. The role requires handling ingredients, proper storage, and maintaining hygiene per ECDA standards.

You will work 44 hours per week (Mon–Fri) and must have a Min Food & Hygiene Certificate. Experience in school canteen or hawker settings is welcome, and adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Min Food & Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Experience in school canteen or hawker environments is welcome.
• Willing to work 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Breakfast, Lunch and tea-break for children.
• Assist to handle ingredients and store properly.
• Prepare meals according to healthy eating guidelines from Health Promotion Board.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist with washing kitchen utensils.
• Adhere to food, hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Clean and sanitise workstations and equipment in accordance with ECDA's SOP.
