Job summary

CEREBRAL PALSY ALLIANCE SINGAPORE is seeking a psychologist to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual plans for children with special needs at our Pasir Ris location.

You will provide learning support, behaviour management, staff training, and parent guidance, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

This role includes research participation, documentation, and administration to help the organization fulfill its mission.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational / Clinical / Applied Psychology is required.
• Clinical experience with children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Eligible for professional registration in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to develop individual plans.
• Conduct School readiness assessments and advise on school placement.
• Provide learning support and classroom management strategies.
• Analyze behaviours and document interventions.
• Monitor goals and outcomes for individuals or classes.
• Guide staff and parents to implement holistic support.
• Provide parent consultations as needed.
• Support staff training and workshops.
• Participate in research and programme evaluation.
• Maintain records and assist department administration.
• Attend sub-committees and ad-hoc projects.
• Undertake other responsibilities to support mission.
