Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in treasury, corporate finance or capital markets is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead treasury initiatives and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury strategy and manage capital structure to optimise funding costs and risk.
• Lead fund-raising and debt financing activities with banks and lenders.
• Oversee debt portfolio, loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments.
• Develop FX and interest rate hedging strategies and monitor market trends.
• Lead a small treasury team and partner with senior management on initiatives.
