Job summary

Willowmore PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned technology leader to develop and drive the company-wide technology strategy, aligning short and long-term objectives with a transformative roadmap.

You will mentor a high-caliber tech team, champion innovation, and steer critical initiatives in AI, IoT, and cloud ecosystems while ensuring PDPA compliance and active representation at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least years in a CTO or equivalent position.
• Proven track record of managing R&D initiatives and guiding technologies from concept to commercialization.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing technology strategies in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing technical teams.
• Experience working with Singapore government tech agencies (GovTech, IMDA).
• Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory environment for technology companies.
• Knowledge of regional technology trends and markets in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud computing to maintain the company's competitive edge.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance products, services, and internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's cybersecurity and data protection regulations (PDPA).
• Represent the company in technology-related matters with partners, customers, and industry events.
