Job summary

Middleton International School Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic leader to drive the school’s long-term and short-term development plans, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic goals.

The role requires extensive experience in international school leadership, curriculum oversight, and staff development. You will oversee operations, governance, safeguarding, and stakeholder engagement, while partnering with the HR team to plan staffing and performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education is required.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in an international school.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in an international school with preschool and primary children.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and formulate the school’s development plans in alignment with the Group’s goals.
• Oversee daily school operations, establish and review SOPs, and ensure a safe, well-resourced learning environment.
• Lead curriculum design oversight with headquarters Pedagogy team to ensure quality and alignment across the Group.
• Coach, mentor and manage teaching and non-teaching staff; set performance and development goals.
• Lead safeguarding efforts to ensure student safety and policy adherence.
• Manage student admissions, class allocations and child-staff ratios; maintain accurate student records.
• Maintain professional relations with parents, communicate progress regularly, and support enrolment strategies.
• Develop and implement marketing and enrolment strategies to maximize school capacity and brand presence.
