Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years' senior leadership experience within a multi-site retail or asset-intensive environment.
• Good understanding of leasing and strong connections within real estate landlords would be advantageous.
• To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, governance discipline, financial oversight, and the ability to influence internal stakeholders, landlords, regulators, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning across property, leasing and facilities management.
• Oversee new store, remodel, and closure projects; govern CAPEX, OPEX, timelines, risks, and compliance.
• Manage landlord, vendor, and regulatory relationships; provide executive oversight of facilities performance, asset resilience, business continuity, sustainability, and lifecycle cost optimisation.
