Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record shipping successful B2B/internal developer products.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, particularly LLM-based applications.

• Define and execute the product strategy for HTX's Agentic Coding Platform.
• Drive senior leadership alignment and secure organisational commitment.
• Own end-to-end vendor relationships with leading AI technology providers.
