Job summary

HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) in Singapore is seeking a Head of Product for the Agentic Coding Platform to lead strategic product development across 500+ developers, coordinating vendor partnerships and enterprise-wide deployment.

You will guide product lifecycle, align with HTX's tech roadmap, and drive transformation of the platform into foundational development infrastructure while ensuring security, performance, and stakeholder buy-in across Home Team departments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record shipping B2B/internal developer products including DevOps platforms or developer tools.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, particularly LLM-based applications.
• Vendor partnership management, negotiations, and co-development agreements.
• Experience launching developer products in complex enterprise or government environments.
• Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (GitOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes).
• Background in user research and synthesising insights from technical personas.
• Data-driven decision making with clear product metrics and baselines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategy as requirements evolve.
• Mission-driven leadership with commitment to HTX's homeland security objectives.

• Strategic Product Vision & Leadership: define and execute strategy for the Agentic Coding Platform.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: secure commitment and align priorities.
• Vendor Management: own relationships with AI providers and manage negotiations.
• Product Development & Roadmap Execution: manage lifecycle, rollout, prioritisation, timelines.
• User-Centric Research & Validation: run large-scale studies to inform decisions.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: lead squads across security, platform, and Home Team.
