Job summary

HTX in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to support the Head of Product Management across multiple product teams and to coordinate roadmaps for mission-critical software initiatives. You will ensure alignment between product development, timelines and stakeholder expectations, working closely with the Engineering pillar to integrate technical guidance into plans.

What you will be working on:

• Support Head Product Management in managing multiple Product Teams, ensuring alignment in product development, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate product roadmaps, track team performance, and facilitate collaboration between Product Teams and the Engineering pillar, ensuring the technical guidance is effectively integrated into product development.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in product management, software development, or related areas
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, programming, product backlog management, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, analytical thinking, structured written communication, and the ability to work independently across product teams

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
