The ideal candidate holds a doctoral degree and has substantial experience in immunogenetics, transplantation-related immunology, or related fields, with a track record in healthcare laboratory operations

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in medicine or healthcare or related discipline.
• Fresh PhD holders welcome for strong academic expertise and research capabilities.
• Minimum of 2 years in immunogenetics of transplantation, immunology, hematology, transfusion medicine, or cryobiology (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare laboratory operations management (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Staff supervision: oversee laboratory personnel, hiring, training, performance evaluation, and protocol adherence.
• Team coordination: foster teamwork and effective communication among lab staff.
• Budget management: oversee budget, resource allocation, procurement, and facilities maintenance.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure HSCA, AABB, FACT, and other standards adherence.
• Quality control: develop and implement QA programs for accuracy and reliability of results.
• Safety protocols: maintain safe lab environment and handle hazardous materials.
• Protocol development: design and update SOPs for lab processes and testing methods.
• Workflow optimization: streamline lab workflows to improve efficiency.
• Equipment maintenance: ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Resource management: manage reagents, equipment, and consumables for timely testing.
• R&D: stay current with lab tech advances and validate new methods.
• Reporting: ensure timely processing and reporting of results.
• Training and education: provide ongoing staff development and cross-department communication.
• Accreditation: pursue and maintain accreditations and prepare for audits.
• Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
