Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IT leader to manage and advance the company’s technology strategy. The role involves bridging upper management with technical teams to ensure project goals are met and new technologies are implemented for competitive advantage.

You will develop departmental policies, assess technology integration to improve efficiency and cost savings, and steer IT roadmap planning while mentoring staff and aligning tech with business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Good understanding of both IT and business processes and the relationship between them.
• Strong foundation in networking and systems administration.
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between upper management and technical staff to meet project goals.

Job Description

• Serving as a liaison between upper management and technical staff to ensure project goals are met by all parties involved
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Developingpolicies and procedures for the department based on industry bestpractices, relevant legislation, and input from staff members
• Determining whether new technologies can be integrated into existing systems to improve efficiency or reduce costs
• Provide IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap.
• Led the development of a new product from concept to market entry
• building strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally
• developing people through coaching and mentoring
• Develop technical aspects of the company strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Developgo-to-market strategies that included pricing models (premium vsmainstream), distribution channels (direct vs indirect) etc.,
• Overseethe design process from conceptualization to production ramp upensuring adherence to timelines while maintaining high levels of qualitycontrol throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
• Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance
