Overview

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR team and support our organization's growth and transformation. This is a key leadership role responsible for building strong HR strategies, improving workforce performance, and driving innovation in a healthcare supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic HR initiatives to support business priorities

  • Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning and talent development efforts

  • Drive performance management and succession planning frameworks

  • Lead HR digital transformation and process optimisation projects

  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

  • Partner closely with senior management to embed a high-performance culture and uphold governance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced HR certifications preferred (e.g. SHRM-SCP, CIPD)

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within public healthcare, supply chain, or logistics sectors

  • Proven expertise in HR transformation, workforce optimisation, and HR technology deployment (experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred)

  • Strong strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and corporate governance
