A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chief Human Resource Officer to lead HR strategies and improve workforce performance. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within public healthcare or logistics. This critical position will focus on HR transformation, stakeholder engagement, and driving a high-performance culture.
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR team and support our organization's growth and transformation. This is a key leadership role responsible for building strong HR strategies, improving workforce performance, and driving innovation in a healthcare supply chain environment.
Responsibilities
Formulate and execute strategic HR initiatives to support business priorities
Lead enterprise-wide workforce planning and talent development efforts
Drive performance management and succession planning frameworks
Lead HR digital transformation and process optimisation projects
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Partner closely with senior management to embed a high-performance culture and uphold governance standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced HR certifications preferred (e.g. SHRM-SCP, CIPD)
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within public healthcare, supply chain, or logistics sectors
Proven expertise in HR transformation, workforce optimisation, and HR technology deployment (experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
Strong strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and corporate governance
