Job summary

Singlife is seeking an experienced Actuary to lead end-to-end pricing strategy for the High Net Worth (HNW) segment. You will chair pricing governance, design models for life and wealth products, and partner with Product, Distribution, Underwriting, Finance and Risk to drive profitability.

You will guide a team of actuaries, champion AI and analytics, and ensure compliance with governance standards while steering capital optimisation initiatives across the HNW portfolio.

Qualifications

• Actuarial pricing capabilities for HNW/life products.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Advanced analytics, AI adoption, and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HNW pricing strategy and governance.
• Lead pricing models for IUL, ILP, Participating, and wealth products.
• Collaborate with Product, Distribution, Underwriting, Finance, and Risk.
• Monitor profitability, capital efficiency and reinsurance strategies.
• Represent actuarial pricing in governance forums and with partners.
