Responsibilities include setting the overall strategy, owning P&L, expanding via new outlets and partnerships, and building scalable systems across operations, marketing and supply chain to drive sustainable success.

• Strengthen brand identity and ensure a consistent guest experience across touchpoints.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities, new outlets, partnerships or formats.
• Establish systems and processes to support scale and operational excellence.
