Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Chief Electrical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and execution of LT, switchgear, and HV systems for construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore. A degree in Electrical Engineering with 6–10 years of M&E experience is required, with hands‑on LT/HV work, testing and commissioning familiarity, and strong project coordination skills.

The role offers a 1‑year renewable contract, SGD 6,500–10,000 per month, a grade allowance, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6–10 years' relevant experience in M&E / construction projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in LT, HV systems, and switchgear.
• Familiar with testing and commissioning processes.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design review and implementation of LT/HV electrical systems and switchgear.
• Review SLD, load calculations, and protection coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore standards (EMA, SS, IEC) and project requirements.
• Support technical evaluation of equipment, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and support capability development.
