Job summary

Ju Eng Home for Senior Citizens in Singapore seeks a Head of Corporate Communications to provide strategic leadership for its corporate communications, branding, stakeholder engagement, fundraising communications, community outreach and public profile.

Working with the CEO and senior leaders, you will develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that strengthens JEH's reputation, clearly communicates its mission and impact, and supports partnerships with residents, families, donors

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in communications with leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or non-profit.
• Experience in branding, media relations and donor communications is desirable.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, compliant messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement JEH's corporate communications and stakeholder engagement strategy.
• Oversee corporate branding, messaging and brand standards.
• Coordinate media relations, corporate statements and external communications.
• Lead digital channels, website and newsletters content strategy.
• Drive fundraising communications, donor reporting and stewardship materials.
• Foster community outreach and partnerships with residents, donors and partners.
• Lead internal communications and staff engagement.
• Manage the team, budgets, vendors and external service providers.
• Provide governance and reporting to the CEO on communications performance.
