Job summary

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Limited in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen the organisation's brand, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with the Head of Corporate Communications to manage publications, digital platforms, website content, videography, and internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging across channels and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate communications experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling for multiple channels.
• Experience managing corporate websites, digital platforms, and social media.
• Experience in annual reports/publications.
• Knowledge of video production is an advantage.
• Experience in fundraising or volunteer management is an advantage.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMS/digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and brand management across channels.
• Advise internal stakeholders on brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Lead annual report planning, production, and distribution.
• Publish corporate publications and materials.
• Manage website content, branding alignment and refresh.
• Coordinate multimedia projects; videography and editing.
• Develop internal communications and employee engagement content.
• Provide communications support to assigned services and campaigns.
• Maintain corporate communications calendar.
