Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant public relations or corporate communications experience.
• Proven experience in media pitching and securing earned media.
• Strong writing, copywriting, editing and proofreading skills with good news judgement.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop PR plans, craft newsworthy narratives and messaging.
• Draft and edit media releases, advisories, and talking points.
• Pitch stories to journalists and secure earned media opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, brief spokespeople and manage logistics.
• Plan media events and influencer engagements.
• Monitor coverage, sentiment and issues; provide PR reporting.
• Support crisis communications and stakeholder clearance processes.
• Maintain media databases and PR tools; track budgets and vendors.
