Job summary

RAMA'S CURRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Chief Cook to lead our kitchen and shape the menu in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, plan menus that consider guest preferences and ingredient availability, and manage the kitchen budget.

You will train and supervise staff from sous chefs to line cooks, ensure food safety, and collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Ongoing learning and adaptation to trends are expected.
