Job summary

OKX is seeking a VP of AI Strategy & Transformation. You will architect the company-wide AI roadmap, drive production AI systems, and lead governance, tooling, and adoption across all business units.

The role requires deep technical credibility, hands-on pipeline experience, and executive influence to ship at scale. You will collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to translate frontier AI developments into actionable business strategy, build AI-native infrastructure, and mentor teams while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/deep learning, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director+).
• Proven track record shipping production AI systems with measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise across the modern AI stack: LLMs, transformers, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompts, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong publication/open-source/thought leadership in AI.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for board-level audiences and drive business impact.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the company AI strategy and roadmap; align with revenue and product goals.
• Lead architecture of LLM-powered apps: RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning pipelines.
• Build AI-native infrastructure: model serving, evaluation, monitoring, and version control for prompts/models.
• Drive company-wide AI adoption through literacy programs and internal tooling playbooks.
• Establish an AI Center of Excellence and a structured use-case intake process.
• Foster responsible AI with safety, governance, and post-mortem culture.
