Job summary

Cygnify seeks a Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead AI strategy and client advisory for enterprise clients in a client-facing leadership role. You will shape AI transformation roadmaps, translate AI tech into business value, and drive AI-led engagements across sales, presales, product, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep AI expertise with strong commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and solution consulting experience, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture, or AI leadership experience.
• Proven success in client-facing AI consulting, presales, solution engineering, or advisory roles.
• Deep expertise in AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI adoption strategies, digital transformation, and business process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-suite executives and influencing decisions.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales and revenue growth.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong commercial mindset with presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or enterprise tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as executive AI advisor to enterprise customers, shaping AI vision and transformation roadmaps.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to identify business challenges and position AI-driven solutions.
• Lead AI discovery workshops, briefings, and innovation sessions with clients.
• Translate AI technologies into clear business value for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Partner with Sales to drive revenue via AI consulting and strategic engagements.
• Lead AI presales lifecycle: qualification, design, proposals, and demos.
• Develop AI use cases, PoCs, and value realization frameworks.
• Support RFPs/RFIs with AI SME expertise.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Design enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, ML, NLP, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to ensure successful implementation.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive AI innovation with repeatable industry solutions and accelerators.
