Eames Consulting is partnering with a multinational brand to appoint an in-house AI Strategy Consultant who will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping AI and intelligent automation programmes.

You will lead discovery with C-suite stakeholders, translate vision into roadmaps and governance models, and ensure AI investments deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in AI strategy, technology consulting, solution architecture, or digital advisory roles.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to advise senior leadership.
• Strong literacy across modern AI domains including Generative AI, agentic systems, enterprise retrieval architectures, and model governance.
• Experience in top-tier strategy firms or internal corporate strategy arms is advantageous.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business heads and C-suite to uncover pain points and define roadmaps for intelligent automation and ML solutions.
• Lead internal discovery and advisory initiatives, translating vision into scalable architectural blueprints and capability frameworks.
• Champion enterprise adoption, governance, ethical standards, and operating models across business units.

• Spearhead internal discovery and advisory initiatives, translating overarching commercial vision into scalable architectural blueprints and capability frameworks.
• Champion enterprise adoption, steering strategic governance, ethical standards, and operating models across functional business units.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between executive boardrooms and delivery teams, ensuring AI investments deliver tangible value and commercial realisation.

Requirements
