Job summary

MAESTROSOFT PTE LTD is seeking a senior kitchen professional with deep Chettinad cuisine knowledge and extensive experience. The role involves planning daily menus, standardizing recipes, and scheduling production across automated kitchen systems.

The candidate must be prepared to work weekends and late hours, handle wedding orders, and be willing to be trained by Franshior in India HQ. Overseas postings may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of Chettinad cuisine experience.
• Must have completed a food hygiene course.
• Ability to standardize recipes and schedule production.
• Willing to be trained by Franshior in India HQ.
• Willing to be posted at overseas outlets.
• Must work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Must handle wedding orders.
• Must work with a team and coordinate tasks.
