Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials, WIP, and finished goods for quality specs.
• Verify and release materials for production based on inspection results.
• Perform inventory transactions using NAV to support quality control.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory following regulations.
• Assist investigations and resolve product/ material complaints and recalls.
• Organise and maintain filing for outgoing inspection reports.
• Analyze quality data trends and monitor deviations for QC reporting.
• Support QC and R&D teams by preparing lab mix samples as required.
• Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.

Job Summary

You will conduct inspections and testing on raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure quality standards. You will manage inventory transactions, assist in investigations, maintain documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods to verify compliance with quality specifications


• Verify and release incoming raw materials and packaging materials for production based on inspection results


• Perform inventory transactions using Microsoft NAV to support quality inspection and product release


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following workplace safety and health regulations


• Assist in investigating and resolving product and material complaints, rejects, recalls, and customer returns


• Organize and maintain filing systems for outgoing inspection reports to ensure accurate record-keeping


• Analyze quality data trends and monitor procedural deviations to support quality control reporting


• Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency


• Support QC and R&D teams by preparing laboratory mix samples as required


• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or NITEC in Chemistry


• 1-2 years of experience as a QA/QC technician in Chemistry is advantageous


• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment


• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn


• Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period
