Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. is seeking an experienced Vessel Operator (Chemical Tanker) in Singapore to join a global shipping client.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of tanker operation experience, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. You will handle cargo transport planning, voyage instructions, bunkering, coordination with charterers, and vessel performance monitoring while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree (With Maritime preferred).
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, prefer candidates with chemical tanker experience otherwise, tanker, bulk, etc preferred.
• Driven, self-starter and a good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cargo transportation as per contract with efficient turnaround of vessel.
• Efficient stowage plan to optimize tank utilization and compliance of regulations and procedures for safe vessel operation.
• Prepare voyage instructions and coordinate with chartering and agents.
• Monitor B/L status, issuance, and cargo release.
• Coordinate with vessel master/manager in case of marine incidents and report any claims.
