Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily production processes to meet quality and output targets, promptly addressing process deviations to minimize downtime.
• Participate in production operations, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance, and cover production duties during operator absences to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Perform routine inspections, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment while documenting production activities, issues, and corrective actions taken.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, prepare daily and weekly performance reports, and ensure accurate recording of production metrics.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring safe operation and a clean, organized work environment.
• Communicate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams, supporting training for operators to enhance their skills.
• Propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement focusing on cost savings and productivity enhancements.

Requirements
