  • Proven track record in plastics, polymers, or composite manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Oversee end-to-end plastics manufacturing workflows, including extrusion, machining, and assembly.
  • Monitor KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, and cycle times, and address performance gaps.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage production supervisors, technicians, and operators across multiple shifts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, process, and quality departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality and industry standards.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for capacity expansion, new technology adoption, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Liaise with regional and international teams as necessary.

This role will be responsible for overseeing 24/7 high-volume production operations, ensuring manufacturing excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives. You will lead a team of production operators, and technical support staff, ensuring alignment across departments and delivering products to the highest quality standards.
