Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Operations Engineer to coordinate daily factory activities at the Tuas site.

The role supports planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and machinery, ensuring smooth production flows and efficient operation. You will monitor equipment performance, assist with troubleshooting, manage inventory, and collaborate with production, warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering experience in manufacturing, production, or plant operations.
• Knowledge of production processes, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Willing to learn; Training is Provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily factory operations to ensure smooth and efficient production activities.
• Support the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance, assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions, and coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors.
• Monitor raw materials, spare parts and consumables to maintain sufficient stock and accurate inventory records.
• Assist in conducting quality checks during production to ensure products meet company and customer requirements.
• Coordinate production schedules and order fulfilment with production, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Support the planning of inbound and outbound container movements, including coordination with logistics providers and customers.
• Liaise with production, warehouse, logistics and procurement teams to improve workflow and support daily operational activities.
