Job summary

Mitsui Elastomers Singapore Pte Ltd and Prime Evolue Singapore Pte. Ltd. invite applications for a position reporting to the Shift Supervisor to operate and monitor manufacturing processes, ensure safety, and maintain product quality to meet customer requirements.

The role involves supporting start-up/shutdown, in-process testing, data logging, preventive maintenance, and adherence to SOPs. Suitable candidates with a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related fields and 4 years of relevant

Qualifications

Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Entry level candidates without experience are welcome.
Knowledge of Distributed Control System is advantageous.
Good communication and teamwork, high self-motivation.
Able to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

Support start-up and shutdown of manufacturing processes according to procedures.
Assist in in-process quality testing and catalyst preparation.
Prepare equipment for maintenance and manage loading/unloading of process solvents.
Log data, monitor process parameters and maintain housekeeping.
Follow safety regulations and participate in safety programs.
Assist in preventive maintenance and SOP updates.
