Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable plant operator to run chemical process operations and monitor plant performance. You will ensure safe operation of equipment, manage materials, and perform routine setup and changeovers to support batch production.

The role requires a technical diploma or GCE O/A levels and 3–5 years of relevant experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical manufacturing; you will also complete GMP-compliant batch documentation.

Qualifications

• Hold a technical diploma or GCE 'O'/'A' levels.
• Senior tiers require 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment safely.
• Monitor plant operations, trends, and system alarms using the DeltaV control system.
• Handle raw material staging, dispensing, sampling, filter changes, and equipment charging.
• Perform setup, changeover cleaning, and pack-out for intermediate and finished batches.
• Complete batch and plant documentation accurately under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
