Job summary

No Deviation is seeking a Process Technician to support GMP-compliant plant operations in Singapore. The role involves troubleshooting, process optimization, and monitoring processing parameters while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

You will prepare solutions, stage autoclaving and washing, and assist in testing production samples with analytical instruments. Applicants should have a Diploma in Science or Engineering or related diplomas, familiarity with GMP, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science or Engineering required.
• NTC/ITC/diploma in related disciplines preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of English reading/writing.
• Knowledge of cGMP and EHS compliance is desirable.
• Experience with plant operations and process equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support plant operations by assisting troubleshooting and optimization.
• Monitor processing parameters to identify trends.
• Prepare solutions and equipment for use.
• Stage components for autoclaving and washing.
• Assist in testing production samples and use analytical instruments.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Contribute to safety audits and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to EHS, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow written procedures and report malfunctions.
• Evaluate documentation and data for accuracy.
• Engage with inspectors and maintain transparent communication.
• Apply GMP knowledge to production practices.
• Use basic statistics to analyze data and support decisions.
• Organize tasks, manage priorities, meet deadlines.
• Leverage knowledge of chemistry, biology, and physical principles.
• Understand analytical methods to ensure quality.
