INDEX CAREER CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a site engineer to lead and manage engineering construction and maintenance projects, preparing proposals, ensuring compliance, coordinating teams, and maintaining client relations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will prepare schedules, develop tenders, ensure QA/QC, engage with clients on-site, monitor HSE, manage budgets, and report progress while coordinating across engineering functions to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering from reputed institutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for tenders and participate in client negotiations to secure contracts.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, standards and specifications during project execution.
• Engage daily with clients to understand needs, representing their interests on-site.
• Monitor adherence to HSE policies and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
• Oversee project control including budget, scheduling, planning, and personnel performance with regular status reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to provide technical support and resolve issues.
• Manage multiple discipline projects concurrently, coordinating across engineering functions.
• Apply project management and supervision skills to lead teams and drive progress.
• Make informed decisions and show leadership to guide execution and resolve challenges.
• Utilize time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
