INDEX CAREER CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a Site Engineer to lead and manage engineering construction and maintenance projects.

You will prepare proposals, coordinate teams, ensure compliance with codes and client requirements on-site, and maintain strong client relations to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, HSE adherence, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering disciplines. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for tenders and participate in client negotiations to secure contracts
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications throughout project execution
• Engage daily with clients to understand and interpret their needs, representing their interests effectively on-site
• Monitor adherence to HSE policies and participate in health, safety, and environmental initiatives to maintain safe work conditions
• Oversee overall project control including budget management, scheduling, planning, and personnel performance, and provide regular status reports
