You will prepare daily food items, ensure quality, maintain hygiene and safety, and coordinate with team to keep smooth kitchen workflows. The role requires punctuality, strong communication, resilience under pressure, weekend/public holiday availability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience using cutting tools and cookware.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and presentable at all times.
• Prepare daily food items and complete assigned duties to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety practices and maintain cleanliness.
• Coordinate daily tasks with team to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist in supervising line cooks to maintain workflow and quality.
• Monitor food quality, costs, and guest satisfaction.
