The Garcha Group, Singapore's boutique hotel group, is seeking a kitchen associate to support daily food preparation across its hotels and restaurants. You will set up workstations, prep ingredients, and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.

Fluency in English is essential, with 1-2 years in hospitality preferred. The role requires attention to hygiene, food safety, and teamwork across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong culinary knowledge and food safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain kitchen workstations with ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare ingredients and cook according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and proper food storage and labeling.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure consistent, efficient, and timely food prep.
• Assist senior chefs and perform other duties as assigned.
