Job summary

NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAE:UM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAE:UM, our private dining space, iii) GU:UM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse. We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to strengthen our Back of House team at premium steakhouse outlet GU:UM.

Join a three-concept group delivering high standards and innovative cuisine; experience in premium-casual dining is valued for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Back of House experience at a premium-casual restaurant.
• Creativity in recipe and presentation.
• Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player.
• Languages: good command of spoken and written English.
