Job summary

DSV is seeking a skilled Shipping & Logistics Specialist in Singapore to manage outgoing shipments, verify documents, and coordinate with carriers. You will track shipments, maintain records, and ensure compliance with customs and shipping laws while communicating status to customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have experience in shipping/logistics, knowledge of Incoterms and ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle, and strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments (domestic and international).
• Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, Letter of Credit, import & export permit.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages.
• Maintain shipping records and update systems with shipment details.
